My son is a freshman at Ohio University and brought four of his college friends to haunted hoochie on Friday the 29th. All five of them paid their $20 and waited in line. Before they even got into the haunted hoochie and were still standing in line, one of the girls in the group got an emergency phone call from a relative telling her that her mother had died. Needless to say, this young lady was very distraught and the group realized they had to leave and get her back to OU immediately. Before they left, my son asked if they could possibly get their money back because of a medical emergency and they were told no. These were college kids with very little money .... I was shocked at your employees lack of sympathy or understanding. Common courtesy and compassion should be more important than the almighty buck!!

Comparing to McDonald's? Is the Haunted Hoochie under new management/owners or something cause its changed. A rodent with rabbies represents the World's Most Extreme Haunt?
I've been a fan since its been running & still am, i've just noticed changes that are giving it a different impression. Its extreme, but conduct of staff & employee's are giving it a bad name. Bring back the intensity, creativity & do away with vulgar behavior & antics displayed.
