My wife and I have searched and found ( MANY ) cool and unusual locations to visit for those who are weird like us, some have been demolished since and ( SOME STILL STAND TODAY ) a couple of them are VERY INTERESTING..... believe it or not all of this is in OHIO. They are forgotten, abandoned, and haunted with memories.......
[glow=blue,2,300]#1Chippewa Lake Amusement Park
- Medina - [/glow] (( ONE OF MY FAVORITES !! )) - VERY COOL
On the shore of Lake Chippewa, hidden among the weeds and bushes and trees, the remnants of one of Ohio's earliest amusement parks are slowly rotting away. Despite the neighborhood which has grown up around its edges the park remains, and you can still visit the Big Dipper, the Wild Mouse, and the seatless Ferris Wheel.
[glow=blue,2,300]#2 The Haydenville Tunnel
- Haydenville -
[/glow]
One of the most fascinating little towns Ohio has to offer, Haydenville ("Ohio's last company town") teems with brick houses built for the employees of the brick-and-tile factory that owned everything. Now the plant is gone but the houses remain--as does this weird little piece of industrial detrius, tunneling half a mile beneath the Hocking Hills. Haunted, too.

[glow=blue,2,300]#3 Franklin Castle
- Cleveland -
[/glow]
"Ohio's Most Haunted House" keeps its secrets on Franklin Avenue in inner-city Cleveland. After an arsonist sent it up in flames it stood vacant for more than a year, wide open and available for midnight ghost hunts.
*RENOVATED*
[glow=blue,2,300]#4 The Haunted Woods of Old Xenia Road
- London -
[/glow]
The ghosts said to haunt this patch of Madison County woods might have something to do with the ancient, possibly Amish barns scattered throughout.
[glow=blue,2,300]#5 Roseville Prison
- Roseville -
[/glow]
Brickmaking satellite of the Ohio Pen and sister to the Junction City Prison. Artificial ghosts remain in the cells while a real one reenacts her Zombicide from the roof each night.
[glow=yellow,2,300]Thats all I will share for now.... just a few to help some of you ghost hunters out there. REMEMBER there are No Tresspassing Signs.... ( Disclaimer ) so if you choose to go further than the gates at any of these attractions please be carefull ( These Signs Are There For A Reason ) allot of old buildings are unsafe so use your heads or your ghost will join the others inside......[/glow]
